Gallon - Maple Syrup

There is a new Vermont grading system that is now in place. There is no longer Grade A and B instead choose from the following choices: Amber, Dark, or Very Dark. Amber is about the equivalent of Medium A; a light amber color and rich, full-bodied flavor. The Dark has a dark amber color with a robust, more pronounced maple flavor and is close to the old grade B. Very Dark has a very strong maple flavor and is darker than the old Grade B and tends to be used for cooking. Please be sure to write which grade you prefer in the comment section when checking out.
